Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Services or provide any personal data to the Dopamint Platform.

Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings assigned to them in the Dopamint Terms of Service.

4. How We Protect Your Information

The security of your personal data is important to us. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Any information you transmit to Dopamint is done at your own risk.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your data from misuse, loss, and unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. These measures may include password-protected systems, secure servers, encryption, and access controls. Dopamint’s personnel, agents, and contractors are required to maintain the confidentiality of all personal information they handle and to comply with this Privacy Policy.

Because the Platform operates in a decentralized, wallet-based environment, you are responsible for securing your own wallet credentials, private keys, and access devices. Dopamint never stores or has access to your private keys. You are also responsible for ensuring that your computer or mobile device is protected against unauthorized access and malware.

We recommend that you log out or disconnect your wallet after each session, especially when using a shared or public device. Please exercise caution whenever you interact with the Platform or any blockchain-related application online.

In the event of a data or security incident, Dopamint will take appropriate steps to comply with applicable laws and notify affected users as required.

5. Data Retention

Dopamint will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our Services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including to comply with applicable legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Retention periods are determined based on the nature of the information collected, the purpose for which it was collected, and any legal or operational requirements. In general, wallet addresses and on-chain transaction data are public and permanently recorded on the blockchain, and Dopamint does not have the ability to alter or delete that information.

For any data stored off-chain (such as contact information, analytics logs, or communication records), Dopamint will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize outdated or unnecessary information at the earliest reasonable opportunity once it is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Like most websites, Dopamint uses cookies and other automated technologies such as web beacons, tags, and server logs to collect certain information about how users interact with the Platform. By using the Services, you consent to the use of cookies and similar technologies in your browser and, where applicable, in emails, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Cookies are small files placed on your device that help us recognize your browser and capture certain information, such as your preferences, usage patterns, or pages visited. This information helps us improve the Platform’s performance, customize user experience, and understand how visitors use our Services.

We may also use cookies and web beacons from analytics providers (such as Google Analytics or other Web3 tools) to collect aggregated, non-identifiable usage data that allows us to monitor traffic, diagnose technical issues, and measure engagement.

You can usually instruct your browser to decline cookies or notify you when cookies are being placed. Most browsers provide the option to delete or block cookies, though doing so may limit certain functionalities of the Platform or affect your overall experience.

Dopamint does not use cookies to store sensitive personal data, and we do not sell or share cookie data for advertising purposes.

7. Disclosure and Sharing of Information

Under certain circumstances, Dopamint may be required to disclose your personal data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, such as courts, regulators, or governmental agencies.

We may also disclose information that we, in good faith, believe is necessary to:

  • Comply with a legal obligation or respond to lawful requests, subpoenas, or court orders;
  • Protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of Dopamint, our users, or others;
  • Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Platform; or
  • Enforce our Terms of Service or other applicable agreements.

Dopamint will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users, where legally permissible, before disclosing any personal data in response to such requests.

8. Third-Party Privacy Policies

Dopamint’s Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services, websites, or applications that may be linked to or integrated with the Platform. These may include, but are not limited to, wallet providers, blockchain networks, analytics platforms, NFT APIs, or other external tools and websites.

We encourage you to review the respective privacy policies of such third parties for more detailed information on their data practices, including how they collect, use, and share your information, and any options you may have to manage or opt out of certain data uses.

If you choose to interact with or connect to third-party services through Dopamint, you do so at your own discretion and subject to the privacy policies and terms of those third parties. Dopamint is not responsible or liable for the content, privacy practices, or security standards of any external sites or services.

You can also choose to disable cookies or tracking features through your browser settings. For more details on cookie management, please refer to your browser’s official support documentation.

If you believe that a child has provided personal data to Dopamint through the Platform, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will make reasonable efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
